Overtime.reg is an HP OpenView registration file that adds the
necessary menu items into the HP OpenView system. It tells HP OpenView about
the menu items to be added and where to find the applications to run for each
menu item. In OverTime, this connects otadd, otdel and ottgts to HP OpenView.
